How do you define ethical clothing?
At THE-CØDED, we use the term ‘ethical clothing’ to refer to the safe working conditions that we expect our manufacturing partners to provide for their workers, as well as a fair living wage. We and our partners are committed to transparency and to ensuring that anyone, anywhere, can find out how and where their clothes are made and by whom. You can learn more on our how it works page.
What does ethically made clothing mean?
We use the terms ‘ethical clothing’ and ‘ethically made clothing’ interchangeably. The definition for ethically made clothing is the same as above and refers to the working conditions of our manufacturer partners.
Which ethical clothing manufacturers do you work with?
As part of our transparent online shopping experience, we only work with manufacturers who adhere to a strict set of guidelines for their workers. Clothing & Packaging
Do you use natural clothing fibres in your products?
Our manufacturing partners will use natural fibres in many of their products, where possible, including cotton, wool and leather. However, you may find that some of our products do contain synthetic materials from time to time.
Do you use sustainable packaging materials?
We do! All of our clothing is delivered in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.

How do I pay on your website?
You can pay on our website using the below payment methods:

All payment transactions are secure and we do not retain your payment details.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our deliveries are fulfilled via Hermes .We offer Next Working Day Delivery, Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) and Saturday Delivery. Learn more about our delivery options on our delivery page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer delivery to mainland UK, but if you would like to request international shipping please get in touch.
